Overview: All Users on Magnifi KnowledgeSuite are able to host and attend FREE meetings. In effect, this means everyone is technically "a Provider". But if you think you might be interested in becoming a Paid Provider — a provider that can charge for time — then you're going to need to fill out your Provider Profile. This short guide will walk you through how to do that.
1. On the left navigation panel select "Profile"
2. On the profile card select "Edit Profile"
As a new user, yours will look a bit like this, except instead of "New User" you will see the name you used to Register with.
3. Fill in your basic information
Photo: when you upload a photo, you won't see it here, just a message that your photo has been uploaded. You'll see it when we've finished updating your profile. Photo is option, but we recommend uploading one - it will make people more comfortable reaching out to you.
Categories: This is a dropdown with a variety of Categories listed. You can select up to 3 categories. If you don't see one that covers your area of expertise, select "Other".
Tags: Tags are specific descriptors that can help searchers find you. They become especially important if you've chosen "Other" as your primary category. Tags DO bring up your profile in Search results, so anything you think folks might search for related to your area of expertise that isn't in your Provider Title, make sure to include them here. Remember tags are like hashtags, so no spaces allowed - but no need for the "#" sign either. Either make 2 tags (relationship counsellor) or combine them into one (relationshipcounsellor). Spelling counts here, so make sure you've spelled your tags the way you want them.

4. Add your rates
Rates: All rates are in USD. The minimum rate our system will allow is $0.50 USD per minute, so we've set that as the default rate. You can set your rates at whatever level you'd like. The "Call rate" is the per minute rate for One on One calls. The "Group call rate" is the per-minute rate for calls involving more participants when you are the host. These two rates can be the same, but do not have to.
Free Minutes: Free minutes are optional. The first minute of any call is always free, but you can extend that amount here by however much you'd like. If you don't want to offer any free minutes, just enter "0".
Intro Video link: If you have a short intro video outlining who you are and what you do, include the link here and it will be available to view from your profile Make sure you copy paste the 'basic" link. Leave this blank if you prefer.
Calendar sync: If you use Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or iCal for your personal calendar, you can link your KnowledgeSuite calendar to your personal calendar so you never miss a meeting. Simply click on the appropriate link on this page and follow instructions to set it up. iCal users: Connect your Google or Outlook calendar to view your meetings via iCal. If you'd prefer not to set this up now, or to sync on a by-meeting basis, it can also be edited later via Settings, and on each meetings "Details" screen.

5. Include your social links and availability
This is a single screen in the Edit profile section but we've broken it down into 2 images to make it easier to read in this Help file.
If your social media promotes the type of work you expect to be doing on Magnifi KnowledgeSuite, this is where you include them. They will be displayed on your Provider Profile.
Set your availability for One to One calls here. Think of these as "Office Hours" — If someone tries to contact you for a One to One call outside of your available hours, they will receive a message that you are not available at this time. Note that you can still schedule Group Calls outside of your available hours.
To Edit the available hours, click on the teal Edit button to the right of the appropriate day of the week. A timepicker will appear. Select the time you'd prefer your start or end time to be for this particular day, then click on AM or PM, then click OK. You can also select "Not Available For This Day" for any day you choose.
When you have made all your changes, click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the page
6. Connect your Stripe account to become a Paid Provider
To connect Stripe, Click on the "Connect Bank Account" button. The Stripe system will automatically guide you through the process of setting up and connecting your Stripe account to Magnifi KnowledgeSuite. If you prefer to remain a Free Provider for the time being, you can select "Skip for Now."
If you need to make changes later, this page will have an "Edit Bank Account" link in the same location.
