If you experience any issues while using the Magnifi app, we recommend you shake your phone until you see the below menu, then tap Report a problem:
This will allow you to submit screenshots of your current screen (which you can draw on if you would like to point out a specific issue). You take a screen recording video (with or without audio) to recreate your issue for us.
Submitting this request also provides us with detailed app logs so that we can better diagnose why the problem occurred.
