Users can see a Provider's weekly availability schedule on the Provider's profile:
Tap the Availability Hours link shown above to bring up the Provider's full Availability Schedule:
The Availability Schedule hours are displayed based on the User's local time zone. For example, if a Provider sets her availability for a particular day to 9AM - 5PM and the Provider is located in New York (EST), a User in Los Angeles (PST, 3 hours behind NY) viewing the Provider's profile would see the Provider's availability as 12PM - 8PM PST.
Users cannot call a Provider outside of these hours - the Call button will be inactive (greyed out).
Further, Users cannot call a Provider who has turned his/her Do Not Disturb mode on.
To communicate with any Provider who is currently unavailable to call, send them a Chat message within the Magnifi app to find out when they're available to speak with you next.
